Implant Bed Preparation Laser-Assisted Maxilla
Minimally invasive oral surgery find its major application in laser assisted Implant surgery. It’s a flapless surgery and no bisturi or bone drills will be used.
The Erbium will vaporize the Soft Tissues, then the cortical bone and the spongious bone up to 2/3 of the real length of the implant.
This bone ablation will be under dimensioned to the implant diameter.
The passage of the differents manual osteotomes will induce a bone condensation.
Then the insertion of the implant with a hight torque will offer an excellent primary stabilization.
In case of a mandibular implant placement, a special attention will be given to cortical vaporization with the more accuted diameter to the implant neck.
